About the Conference

After six successful PQCrypto conferences (2006 in Leuven, 2008 in Cincinnati, 2010 in Darmstadt, 2011 in Taipei, 2013 in Limoges, 2014 in Waterloo), PQCrypto 2016 took place on February 24-26 in Fukuoka, Japan.

It was held in co-operation with the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR), the leading professional organization for cryptographic research. The PQCrypto 2016 proceedings were published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series.

The conference was preceded by the Post-Quantum Cryptography Winter School which run February 22-23, 2016. This Winter School was organized following a success of the 2014 Post-Quantum Cryptography Summer School.

Location of Fukuoka

The conference venue is Nishijin Plaza.
